The CES Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Cambridge-Ellis School. The board’s responsibilities include: defining and aligning resources with the school’s mission, vision and strategic goals; ensuring CES’s financial sustainability through strategic financial planning and oversight and approval of CES’s budgets and fundraising activities; selecting, supporting, and evaluating the school director.
