Language Programs

Our Language Program runs daily from 3:00-6:00pm. We offer children a language immersion experience in French, Spanish, or Mandarin, as well as English in the Rainbow Room. Teachers in each of the four classrooms infuse art, music, outdoor exploration, print, and materials from other cultures into the daily experience of each child. The program includes language instruction as an organic part of a relaxed, nurturing learning environment supported with developmentally-appropriate arts, crafts, music, cooking, and outdoor play.

Spanish Room

The Spanish Room welcomes children ranging from 2.9 to 6 years old. Through immersion in the Spanish language, and an emergent and play-based curriculum with a focus on the arts and outdoor exploration, we are able to accommodate students at all levels of Spanish learning, and individually challenge them based on where they are in their language development. We expose children to the different traditions of Spanish and Latin American cultures through the exploration of food, dance, celebrations, and music.

The Rainbow Room provides a relaxed learning environment for young toddlers. The curriculum is driven by the interests of the children. The Rainbow Room also provides an immersion program for families seeking to have their child learn English as a second language.
